Are diaper cakes given only at baby showers? Not at all! Diaper cakes are the perfect present not only for a baby shower, but also as a welcome home baby gift. They can also be brought directly to the hospital for mom and baby as a congratulations present. Diaper cakes can even be custom ordered for a child's first birthday or holiday. They are one of the most useful and practical gifts to give!!
Do you accept custom orders? Yes, we do custom orders upon request. Custom orders can derive from matching a theme, creating a cake for multiple births, or creating a special First Birthday or holiday cake. We will even customize your order to meet your brand requests. All requests can be submitted via email at thediaperbaker@thediaperbaker.com. Additional fees apply to custom themed orders. Custom themed two tier cakes are an additional $20.00, custom themed three tier cakes are an additional $25.00, and custom themed wreaths are an additional $10.00
What size diapers do you use? Our cakes are made with Pampers Swaddlers in size 1-2 for babies up to 15 lbs. Our organic cakes are made of Seventh Generation chlorine-free diapers in size 1 for babies 8-14 lbs. Do you create organic diaper cakes? Of course! We create two tier Organic Eco-Friendly diaper cakes. Contact us at thediaperbaker@thediaperbaker.com if interested in any other size organic cake and we will accommodate your request.
Will you ship directly to the gift recipient? Yes, we will ship directly to the gift recipient. In the checkout process, please indicate the shipping address. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Do you offer gift certificates? Absolutely! We offer gift certificates in any denomination. Please email us at thediaperbaker@thediaperbaker.com for payment instructions.
What forms of payment are accepted? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via Paypal. We do not store any credit card information on our site. Paypal is one of the world's largest and safest websites for secure credit card processing.
What is your return/refund policy? We take pride in all of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your order, please email us at thediaperbaker@thediaperbaker.com and we will attempt to accommodate your needs. If we are unable to do so, you may return your unopened cake within three business days of receipt for a full refund. However, we do not take responsibility for damage during shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error is ours.
What is the shipping method? We ship our cakes via UPS. As the customer, you have the choice of selecting which service you would like to have your package shipped by. You may choose UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS Ground. UPS will only ship to physical addresses. Therefore, we do not accept P.O. Boxes as a valid shipping address.
What is the cost of shipping? Shipping costs vary upon destination and selected UPS shipping service.
How long will it take to receive my order? All standard orders will ship within 72 hours of payment processing. Arrival times are dependent upon the shipping service you selected via UPS.
Do you accept rush orders? Yes, rush orders are accepted. If your order requires a shipment earlier than the standard 72 hours, please submit your request via email at thediaperbaker@thediaperbaker.com. We require at least 24-36 hours for cake preparation. Additional fees will apply via UPS's overnight delivery.
Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders nor do we ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
